4. User Content

• You retain ownership of any photos you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and analyze the image for generating a recipe.
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Upload harmful or misleading content.

7. Disclaimers

• The recipes generated are estimates and may not be entirely accurate or safe for consumption.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any content generated by the AI.
• The App relies on third-party services, including Google Play Services and AdMob, which have their own Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any harm, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App. Some features require an active internet connection, and we are not responsible for any disruptions in service due to connectivity issues or data limitations imposed by your provider.

9. Updates and Termination

We may update the App periodically and require you to download the latest version to continue using it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time, without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
